The Twelfth Meeting

The Twelfth Meeting was on the 4th of December 2017

At the beginning of this meeting, our teacher Mr. Sam called out the notes he took down in the Dáil meeting with Bríd Smith.

After Mr. Sam read this he assigned a number of the boys to research what was said e.g How to involve local people and local communities in our project? Get in contact with ‘Not Here, Not Anywhere’ and other Enviromental Organizations

We as a group also decided that we were going to enter a Submission for January 2017 at the next Dáil Debate on Solar Energy..

Ethan Dodd and Frank Wolfe gave us good news that we were going to present our project to the Board of Management in our school on Tuesday night and that Dario Regazzi was to come also to document and take minutes of the meeting.

Dario Regazzi was assigned by Mr. Sam to send an email to Bríd Smith’s office asking for more information about what was said as Dario took the minutes of that meeting.

Mr. Sam also gave us good news that he was able to organise a meeting with TD John Lyons in City Hall, Dublin on Wednesday the 7th of November 2017.

We left the meeting happy with the good news and took everything in consideration.
