The Thirteenth Meeting was on the 11th of December 2017

At the beginning of the meeting Frank Wolfe rang local Green Party member David Healy.

David Healy answered but stated that he does not think Fingal County Council have a discretionary fund for a project like ours and that he also thinks people may be unlikely to support the project, as there is little 'central government backing' for small, community projects like ours. However, he was very enthusiastic about our project and said he would call us back.

After this Dylan Evenden rang Barry Martin but unfortunately went to Voicemail as he did not answer. Ethan Dodd sent an email to Mr. Martin discussing our project and the potential of obtaining money from Fingal County Council for it.

Ryan Grad and Dylan Evenden discussed fundraising amongst each other and gave some ideas such as Backpacking and Non-Uniform Day.

Rónán Smyth said that he contacted Minister of Education Richard Bruton and has still not received a response.

Dylan Evenden updated us that he emailed Not Here, Not Anywhere.

Seán Houraghan also told us he researched the school in Tipperary that got Solar Panels and wrote a small piece about them on our E-Mail’s Google Drive.

Mr. Sam then came in and asked what everyone has done and asked Daragh Hollman and Rónán Smyth to get in contact with Hacktons in order to create a ‘Tick the box’ App for our Young Social Innovators.

We ended the meeting with everything in consideration.
